I went in today, 7 months after getting my braces off, because I lost my retainer and noticed my teeth had shifted. Brian took care of me and honestly went above and beyond—he made sure I was able to see the doctor for an evaluation even though it was late in the evening. I really appreciated the extra effort, especially when I felt like all was lost! The doctor explained to me the different options I had to get my smile back and made me feel at ease. Shoutouts to Brian as well as the team who truly care about keeping your smile looking great and making sure you're taken care of, even long after treatment ends. My first visit was on May 19, scheduled rather last-minute due to an urgent need for a retainer before I was traveling. I couldn’t be more grateful - not only was the retainer ready within just a couple of days, but I also received a thoughtful list of professional recommendations. the staff was so kind and patient. i felt comfortable at all times voicing my needs and concerns as they were resolved quickly, plus everyone was welcoming and very accommodating. this was genuinely one of the best experiences i’ve ever had at a dental office, my treatment went without a hitch and i love the smile they gave me. you can tell the team truly cares about their patients and the work. love Brian too, coolest person there.
