Amazing place with professional and friendly staff! I visited for an Invisalign consultation to address a slight overbite (nothing too major) and decided to proceed with a treatment plan. However, after giving it some thought, I realized that it wasn’t the right time financially to commit to Invisalign.

The very next day, I contacted them to cancel my agreement. Even though only a day had passed since my order was submitted, the cancellation process required some steps. Thankfully, Johvanie was incredibly helpful throughout. He kept me informed at every stage and reassured me that the cancellation would be handled smoothly. He was an absolute pleasure to work with!

From the front desk to the medical professionals, everyone was so kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely return when I’m ready to invest in a straighter smile. Highly recommend this place!

I got my braces 15 years ago here when it used to be on church st. Now that i have children i brought my boys here. My boys went for a consultation. Nicolas was very professional and patient with my boys. The orthodontist was very informative and one of my sons only got approved. My other son has to wait for another reevaluation in 6 months from now. I was so happy how quick insurance approved it in about a week. I got the phone call of approval and in a couple days my son got his braces. He is still getting used to it. He was sore for a couple days and hated them lol i know the pain personally but proud mommy that he got them at an early age. The back of his wires came out and i got same day appointment to get them fixed so definitely love that service. Still amazing how i remember it back in the day. I recommend this place. Had a great experience!

My experience from the moment I walked in the office was positive. I was greeted and the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The staff member who took my pictures and X-ray’s was extremely nice and walked me through the process. The doctor was clear on explaining what my options were. She was pleasant and asked if I had any questions or concerns before ending my consultation with her. Ms. Pryce the office manager was excellent in helping me navigate what coverage I had and spent time making calls to figure out what insurance company my dental coverage was through my husband’s employee. I will be returning to start my braces with smile orthodontics.
