First I would to say the staff is truly wonderful and welcoming sweet and made my son feel comfortable enough he was even laughing and singing . I came here for an emergency appointment for my child. We were attended quickly and professionally. Although Inwood is our home location (and we love it there); if we ever had to move here it wouldn't feel like a downgrade from the courteous service we're accustomed to.It's also great to see two locations be able to work together to solve my child's problem. I got my braces 15 years ago here when it used to be on church st. Now that i have children i brought my boys here. My boys went for a consultation. Nicolas was very professional and patient with my boys. The orthodontist was very informative and one of my sons only got approved. My other son has to wait for another reevaluation in 6 months from now. I was so happy how quick insurance approved it in about a week. I got the phone call of approval and in a couple days my son got his braces. He is still getting used to it. He was sore for a couple days and hated them lol i know the pain personally but proud mommy that he got them at an early age. The back of his wires came out and i got same day appointment to get them fixed so definitely love that service. Still amazing how i remember it back in the day. I recommend this place. Had a great experience!

I normally don’t write reviews but I felt the need to share my thoughts and feelings about this practice. All 3 of my daughters have gone there and my last one just begun her treatment. It has been nothing short of a superb experience. Let me begin by saying that the staff is very professional, always wearing masks and even head covers! Impressive since very few facilities do this. They work with me on accommodating the appointments with my work schedule. The doctor himself is a very pleasant man, professional with phenomenal bedside manners.Had our one month visit wit her retainer and it was a quick visit to make sure the teeth did not shift and my daughter has been using her retainer well. The doctor gave her his undivided attention and said things are looking great!

My experience from the moment I walked in the office was positive. I was greeted and the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The staff member who took my pictures and X-ray’s was extremely nice and walked me through the process. The doctor was clear on explaining what my options were. She was pleasant and asked if I had any questions or concerns before ending my consultation with her. Ms. Pryce the office manager was excellent in helping me navigate what coverage I had and spent time making calls to figure out what insurance company my dental coverage was through my husband’s employee.
